The entire HVAC is tested including dirt accumulation on filters, corrosion of supply pipes, and ensuring that the chimneys are clear of bird nest, and the frames are sound. It is important to test all interior appliances which are built-in or included in the sale contract, including inspection of all counters, doors, stairways, floors, and cabinetry.
